This blend is meant to support digestion on all fronts. Ginger and dandelion are all known as bitters, which are vital to stimulating digestion. When bitters hit our tastebuds, it triggers the release of vital digestive enzymes, optimizing our body's digestive function Dandelion specifically is full of prebiotics and stimulate both our digestive and excretory systems as well. Both fennel and lemon balm are well-known carminatives, also supporting proper digestion. Lemon balm in particular is also a nervine, specifically calming the digestive tract when nerves, stress, or anxiety might trigger a gut response. I wanted to create a fun, fall-inspired flavor profile, of course an herbal chai blend of cardamom, cinnamon, and clove.
Recommended dosage: 1-2 droppers full before or after meal (best before to stimulate digestion prior to eating)- up to 3x a day.
